SMS Terms of Service

Introduction
These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in The Black Girl Doctor’s (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) SMS text messaging program. By opting into SMS messages from The Black Girl Doctor, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and SMS Privacy Policy.
SMS Program Overview
By enrolling in The Black Girl Doctor SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from us, which may include promotions, alerts, appointment reminders, resources, and service updates. Messages will be sent to the mobile number you provide at the time of opt-in or as updated with your expressed consent.
Eligibility
Participation in the SMS program is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who reside in the United States. By opting in, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.
User Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from The Black Girl Doctor. You may receive messages only after providing your express opt-in consent through a form, checkbox, keyword, or other approved method.
Message Frequency
You may receive up to five (5) SMS messages per week, depending on your level of engagement, current services, and active campaigns. Frequency may vary and increase during periods of high engagement or active participation in specific events or promotions.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send the STOP message, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscription. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you re-enroll in the program.

Mobile Carriers and Fees
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier and plan. The Black Girl Doctor is not responsible for any fees incurred from participation in the SMS program. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise, update, or discontinue the SMS program or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms, along with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to SMS messages at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your mobile number becomes invalid or deactivated.
