In response to the experience of racial trauma happening amongst the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is disproportionately impacting the Black community, we have curated an evidence-based wellness program meant to provide immediate support to Black professionals, promote sustained wellness, and interrupt attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that uphold systematic oppression.
